For the past three weeks I’ve been paddling 3-6 hours a day with one rest day per week. I’ve had the pleasure of paddling with paddlers like Bryan Kirk, Stephen Wright, Andrew Holcombe, Yonton, Marlow, Ed Smith and T shuman to name a few.

Hi folks,Well I thought I'd give ya's a little up date as to what I've been up to since I left Ireland on the 2nd of March for the States. Not much action packed kayaking to report on yet soon to follow:)
