Just a note to let people know that the newly-invigorated Galway Kayak Club will holds its first public meeting in The Warwick Hotel, Salthill at 8pm on 12 September and will be signing up new members on the night.

If you are over 18 years and are interested in paddling in Galway please come along on the night.

Cheers to everyone who showed up on Wednesday night. We had a good turnout.

I just want to let anyone who didn't make it to the meeting, but is interested in paddling in Galway know that we're having a 'Come and Try It' session on Sunday 30th September and will be accepting membership again there. All welcome – novices and experienced paddlers. Details are to follow.
