Kerry County Council is submiting a planning application to upgrade the water abstraction installations from the Hags Glen in the upper reaches  of the Gaddagh River.  For more information and a map of the route of the pipleline please see the following pdf file.  The Irish Canoe Union is being consulted to highlight any observations or concerns as part of the planning process.
