hi folks,

im just wondreing is there a junior category in the competetion ? Also im wondering how much ? what do you need apart from the boat and paddle and that ?? if there is a junior category what day is it ??

Hi Alan, yes there will be a junior category. All heats will run on the Saturday, we're going to try to get as much run off that day as we can, but it is entirely possible the finals won't be til Sunday, it will depend how things are going timewise on the day.

What you need - yourself, all your gear, and all your best playboating moves ready to show off!

You can register by sending an email to register@irishfreestyle.com, include your name, ICU number and category (junior men for yourself I'm guessing) and we'll look after it from there.
