Hey was teaching it in a pool the other night to several people, the guys had been shown before but everyone had a different technique to setting up and whats not!

Was wondering how IFS viewers would go about teaching the eskimo roll, what steps and so on. for example what I have been doing is:

 

1) getting them use to going over with a few unconcious rescues

I have one number Eskimo Cerro that is surplus to requirements, My house is full of random boats that I have been instructed to sort out.

 Anyway the boat is red and in good condtion. never used in any whitewater of value, any scratches are all light suface ones that were picked up from general wear and tear.
