Training
To take part in any sport takes time and a dedication to master the skills required to participate in the sport. For freestyle kayaking this means getting out in your boat on even the coldest days of winter to practice that flat spin or perfect that helix you've been trying. The sport is all about making those moves and being able to nail them when it counts and that takes time and plenty of practice. Contained below is a list of articles to help you master those moves, training events organised by the freestyle committee, and some pictures of those events.

icu training center - getting there by public transport?
hiya,
myself and my wife are considering doing the icu evening beginners training course starting this or next week.
my wife would be geting there from town after work ... so, is it possible to get to the icu training center by public transport or would a taxi be required? if so, would we have to order a taxi for collection afterwards?
